what is BLACK STUDENT advocacy DAY?
In a joint effort to center and amplify the voices of Black students in California, the UC Student Association and the Afrikan Black Coalition bring together Black student leaders from both the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems and convene at the state Capitol. Together, students advocate on behalf of the many challenges affecting Black students, families, and communities.
note: B.S.A.D is fully funded which includes provisions for food, travel, and lodging. Applications do not guarantee admission to the program.
